Are You a Carer? Let Us Know!
Do you look after a family member, friend or neighbour who is ill, elderly, disabled or unable to manage without your support?
You may not think of yourself as a carer, but if you regularly provide help or support to someone, you are.
At The Knoll Surgery, we want to make sure that all our patients who have caring responsibilities are recognised and supported.
If you are a carer, please let us know so that we can update your medical records. This will help us to identify you as a carer and ensure we are aware of your caring responsibilities when providing your care.
We also encourage carers to seek support for themselves. Caring for someone can be rewarding but can also be physically and emotionally demanding, and it is important that you look after your own health and wellbeing too.
